How long does it take to receive my portrait?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 weeks to complete and deliver your portrait, depending on our current workload. Free digital file will be delivered via email within 4–7 days after your order is confirmed.

Can I request revisions to my portrait?

Yes! We offer revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final product. 

Every order includes up to one revision for minor adjustments.

Pease note:

• Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the proof via email. After 24 hours, we cannot accommodate revisions as the order is sent out for printing.

• We do not offer complete remakes of the portrait. Revisions are limited to minor corrections or tweaks.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount can be provided for an extra charge.

How do I request a return for a damaged item?

We only accept returns for damaged items, such as broken frames or print defects. To request a return or replacement:

1. Provide clear photos and videos showing the damage.

2. Include an unboxing video to confirm the item was damaged upon receiving.

What makes a good photo?

1.) Close up time! Be sure your photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your face.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos.
